What Women Want

Quick now, what is it that a woman wants in a man? “Money” or “Security” you might say, but you would be wrong.
Are you ready for this? They want a man who is SELF-CONFIDENT. It’s not the car and although money and security are important, it is  about finding a mate who is self-confident.

So listen up guys.  According to Anne Rettenberg, in Psychology Today the most important trait in attracting a strong woman is to have self-confidence.

“Having money in your wallet or bank account isn’t what attracts the type of woman who will make a good mate. Those women know that fortunes are won and lost but men with self-confidence bounce back. Those women won’t leave you when the economy crashes or if you lose your job. That’s why it’s self-confidence, not financial assets, that attracts the woman you want.”

The article goes on to say that quickest way to build self-confidence is to set goals, small goals to start and then work to achieving them.  And I’m sure that is true to an extent, I personally don’t believe building self-confidence is as easy as she implies.

If your upbringing has been about one defeat after another, self-confidence takes a real beating.  Just setting a goal, no matter what may seem overwhelming.  You must break your goal down into small, easily digestible bites, ones that you can easily obtain.  And when you have started to make progress towards achieving your goal, you must reward yourself.  Small rewards will do, such as going for a Starbucks coffee, or as we say in Canada, going to Tim Horton’s for a coffee and a doughnut.

If  you know that you have low self-confidence, then you have to do something to change your character.  And setting goals, working at them in small steps  will get you on-track.  But there is a faster way that will accelerate your changes faster than you ever thought possible.

The fast way, and actually the best way, it to change your internal programming.  Find the toxic neuronets, or negative conditioning programs that you have buried deep in your subconscious and remove them.  There are new techniques that absolutely will put you on the fast lane to change, to improving your self-confidence.
