It has been said that youth is wasted on the young and as I age, I agree more and more with that statement everyday.
Men reach their physical peak at about age 30 and their sexual peak at about age 18. That just doesn’t seem right, at least not to me as I sailed past these peaks and didn’t even know they existed. Now that I am on the downward slide toward old age, I think that someone should do something about reversing this error in our DNA.
Yup, it’s our DNA that is to blame for this horrible mistake about our physiology. We have a timer built in that results in predicable age related inconveniencies. Our vision goes followed by tinnitus and hearing loss. Of course our skin starts to wrinkle and worse, our sex drive will start to wane. As the old cowboy said, “I am not good as I once was, but I am as good as I was once.”
Can anything be done to reverse this downward spiral, or at least slow it down? It seems pretty inevitable but actually there are some things that will help keep you younger longer, and they are not that hard to do, if you have the will power to persist.
