Join our Happiness Challenge :)

We have news! Next week from May 25th to May 31st, we’re going to be hosting on Facebook a 7-Day Happiness Challenge. Here is your Q& A for the event:

What do we mean by ‘Happiness Challenge’?

On our Facebook Event Page for the 7-Day Happiness Challenge, folks have been signing up and you are invited to join them. It’s a free and open event. It is for you, your friends, everyone in your family 🙂

An event page on Facebook is where you can ‘join’ to participate in the shared activities, conversations, giveaways, webinars and meditations. During our 7-Day Happiness Challenge you can expect three mini webinars with a happiness exercise, daily prompts for reflection, a special meditation, and a free yoga session in Ottawa!

Why Happy?

Happiness is a barometer to check in with ourselves. It is way too easy to get stuck in the daily, weekly, or monthly routine. This event week will be our check-in filled with empowering tools and techniques. We invite you to reflect, comment and engage. We can always have a little more happy, right?

Big finale!

We are thrilled to team up with Beyond Yoga Studio and Wellness Centre. When you sign up for the 7-Day Happiness Challenge, you’ll be invited to join us all on Sunday May 31st at Beyond Yoga’s gorgeous yoga studio for a class. The class will be for all levels of skill. And of course, it will be fun! 🙂

How do you sign up? Not everyone is Facebook savvy.

Here’s a step by step guide:

  1. Click this link to find our event page. Once there, sign into your Facebook account. Don’t have an account? You can make one here.7Day1
  2. Once signed in, you’ll have an option to join the event. Click “Join”

  1. Once you join, the little button you just clicked will be switched to “Going” – and voila! You are signed up!

 

  1. During the week of the 25th-31st be sure to sign into Facebook each day and go check our event page. We’ll have prompts for you to work on, webinars for you to catch, meditations to help your day and exercises to get you moving. It is a week to put a little time aside for yourself and start to check-in with your emotions.
  2. Help spread the news of our event. Invite your friends on facebook and share the posts. Everyone deserve a little more happiness. 🙂
