Protect Yourself From Parasites

Every year, especially after spring break, I start to see more and more people with parasitic symptoms coming to see me.

Do you have any of the following symptoms
of a parasitic infection?


  • Bloating
  • Sudden Weight Loss
  • Sudden Weight Gain
  • Digestive Upset – cramps, diarrhea etc
  • Fatigue
  • Brain Fog

Some estimates are that up to 80% of the population have a parasitic infection.  Some parasites we just live with and think that extra 40 pounds is a natural thing.

Others are virulent enough that you know that something is wrong.

Take the following steps to protect yourself from parasites. Check with someone who understands and treats them, and get de-wormed. Only drink bottled water when traveling, including brushing your teeth with bottled water.  Again, when traveling, only eat well cooked food and avoid raw food salads.  And take a digestive enzyme such as M7 to help your digestive system be as strong as possible.

There are many different parasitic remedies, but if you don’t take the right one, they just won’t work.
