Scum explosion – why it’s good to cleanse

With the detox fast approaching, I decided it was about time to detox my own sink pipes (literally). A quick trip to Canadian Tire with my daughter, and I had purchased 1-second plumber, a product that uses pressure instead of harsh chemicals to clean out stuck pipes*.

Now here is the amazing part. I went to my sink and covered the overflow hole with duct tape. Into the drain hole went the 1-second plumber, and when I shot off the pressure – POW – off flew the duct tape and out spewed black scum, everywhere. It was almost traumatizing**.

But that’s not my point.

Here’s my point: gross sludge builds up over time, and it won’t go away unless cleansed. For household pipes there’s plumbing products, but for your body – I’ll urge you to consider our detox program. It’s not a pressure explosion, but instead 10 days of gently letting your body clear what’s blocking its systems.

If you feel bloated or cramped, if you get stomach reflux, tiredness, or if you simply haven’t followed a detox before – this is your chance to ‘clear the pipes’.

You won’t know what’s down there till it’s shifted out. Like my sink becoming unblocked, your body will feel the difference. Why not become your physical best? A detox means a clean(er) slate.

Without a detox, it all stays stuck. And from what I saw the other day, the amount of filth and gunk that can build up when cleansing isn’t regular, well it convinced me. That’s for sure.

Keep it in mind next time you feel bloated. Who knows what’s in there waiting to be cleared away.
