Yes you can!  You can learn how to make nutritious and delicious spaghetti without gluten.  And if you don’t tell the kids what you are doing, they won’t even know it is happening to them.  That also applies to most husbands I’ve met who seem to think that Gluten Sensitivity is a made up disease.

If you can turn a handle, you can make this happen, and then add your regular sauces, spices or whatever.  Best part, it doesn’t leave you feeling bloated and gassy!  Woo Hoo!

I prefer to use zucchini as my vegetable of choice to make this gluten free spaghetti. But that doesn’t mean that is all you can or should use. Experiment with different vegetables for a more exotic look and taste. The fun part of cooking is that you can do basically whatever you want with this machine and it will most likely work out.
